Kyle's Morning Breakfast from the Paleo Diet by Lawrence Cordain.
We started doing it all by hand using a mandolin and grater. Now we make it like this:
Organic Apples – through the food processor into small sliced pieces
Carrots - grated in the food processor
Organic raisins
Lemon Juice
Cinnamon
Proportions are something like 2/2/1 for the primary ingredients. The lemon juice and cinnamon are to taste.
